As a newly established Revenue Appeals Tribunal, we are undergoing special training on Performance and Change Management to ensure our staff provide outstanding service to our clients.

Opening the training, the Chairperson of the Tribunal, His Honour, Mr Joster Chisale said we intend to build a strong and competent team to resolve revenue disputes in Malawi.

He said “We are all new here, coming from different backgrounds, professions and workplaces. We want to engage and train everyone in Performance and Change Management so that we all move towards a shared strategic goal.”

The Government of Malawi established the Revenue Appeals Tribunal to hear and determine revenue appeals against objection decisions of the Commissioner General of the Malawi Revenue Authority.
