Tribunal develops Communication Strategy

Potrait of the Registrar

“Being a new office means that we have a huge task to communicate our services and ensure that our taxpayers, stakeholders and the public know how they can access our services,” the Registrar of the Revenue Appeals Tribunal His Honour Mr Timothy Chirwa has said.

The Registrar says positive engagement with various stakeholders and the general public will be key to make the Tribunal services accessible. He says the Tribunal has since developed a Communication Strategy and Plan to guide internal and external communication processes.

The Tribunal is mandated to hear and determine appeals against objection decisions made by the Commissioner General of the Malawi Revenue Authority.
